2011 YDFL Registration

2011 YDFL Registration can be completed now by downloading a registration form and mailing it to the address on the form. Registration will be held at the University Dick's Sporting Goods on July 30, 2011 from 3:00pm until 6:00pm.  Certification will be held August 6th and August 13th, 2011.

  • Paid Registration
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Completed current physical form
  • Current picture of participant
  • Current report card
  • $ 5.00 fee for I.D.

*Flag football players and cheerleaders are not required to get certified*

Fees

  • Tackle Football-$175.00
  • NFL Flag Football-$90.00
  • Cheerleading-$150.00

Tackle and Cheerleading uniforms are turned back in at the end of the season.

There is $5.00 gate fee for ages 19-59.

All children and seniors are free.
