2010 YDFL Registration

2010 YDFL Registration can be completed now by downloading a registration form and mailing it to the address on the form. Registration will be held at the University Dick's Sporting Goods on June 5, 12, 19, 26 and July 10, 17, 24, 31 from 3:00pm until 6:00pm.

• Paid Registration
• Copy of birth certificate
• Completed current physical form
• Current picture of participant
• Current report card
• $ 5.00 fee for I.D.

*Flag football players and cheerleaders are not required to get certified*
