2009 YDFL Registration

2009 YDFL Registration can be completed now by downloading a registration form and mailing it to the address on the form. Certification and weigh-in's will be held at the University Dick's Sporting Goods Saturday, August 22nd and 29th from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.

• Copy of birth certificate
• Completed current physical form
• Current picture of participant
• Current report card
• $ 5.00 fee for I.D.

*Flag football players and cheerleaders are not required to get certified*
