NFL Flag
NFL Flag, the NFL's official youth league for boys and girls ages six-14, is a community-based program that provides the opportunity for children to become involved in football early in life and play in an organized NFL non-contact football league while learning the first phase of football skill development.

NFL Junior Player Development
An introductory and developmental youth tackle football program for boys ages 12-14, NFL Junior Player Development teaches participants every position through a step-by-step progression of skill instruction packaged in a re-adaptive, fun and entertaining manner.

Play It Smart
The Panthers work with West Mecklenburg HS in Charlotte and Columbia (SC) HS on the Play It Smart program. Play It Smart places an academic coach in schools serving at-risk students and changes the lives of thousands of young football players from economically underserved communities nationwide. The team supports the program through its speakers bureau and equipment donations and by providing community service opportunities for the school's football players.

NFL/NFF Coaching Academy
Designed to elevate the quality of coaching at the youth and high school levels, the NFL/NFF Coaching Academy consists of one- or two-day clinics that train coaches to effectively teach football while running a safe and successful program in a positive learning environment.

USA Football
An independent non-profit organization, was created by the National Football League (NFL) and National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) in December 2002. It is the first national advocacy group representing all levels of amateur football.
